COTC President John Berry added, "While we deeply regret that we will not be able to hold this beloved event again this year, our highest priority must be the ongoing safety and well-being of our students, employees and community members. Licking County Health Commissioner Chad Brown said after June 2 each event organizer and each individual will have to make their own decision of what's best for their health, with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control.
